Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after your shipment has been processed.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Shan's Botanicals is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier and marked as Delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Shan's Botanicals is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information indicates your package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, please:

Check with neighbors or household members.

Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim or request GPS delivery information.

Contact your local post office or carrier distribution center.
While we are happy to assist you in locating your shipment, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

This allows us to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
