At Shan’s Botanicals, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

• You may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of the purchase date.
   
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
   
• Opened, used, or damaged items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
   

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
   
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
   

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the product.

• You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items.
   
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
